• Kanye’s Black Outfit

While on set for the music video shoot of the Clipse’s ‘Kinda Like a Big Deal, Emeka Obi (10 Deep), was able to take this photo of Kanye West. This all black outfit from Kanye is very appropriate because he’s just killing it right now. The black Jesus piece, the Flat Top sunglasses by RETROSUPERFUTURE, and the black collaboration sneaker, Jasper’s (appropriately named after Ibn Jasper), he did with Louis Vuitton. This proves one’s outfit can significantly be comprised of a monotonic color and still fail to deter attention.

• Louis Vuitton Sneaker Photoshoot

While all fans and media outlets are going hysterical over the Nike Air Yeezy, Kanye West is already hard at work to promote his collaboration sneaker with Louis Vuitton. These photos, taken by Steve Shaw, include Kanye and his girlfriend Amber Rose, as he wears the black high-top Jasper, red Don, and multi- color Don.

• Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Sneaker Prices

After much anticipation, the prices and names of each model for the collaboration sneakers between Kanye West and the French luxury brand, Louis Vuitton, have been confirmed. The prices range from $840 for the boat shoe Hudson (named after G.O.O.D. Music artist Mr. Hudson) all the way to $1,140 for the high-top model Jasper’s (named after Kanye’s style consultant/barber Ibn Jasper).

After providing extensive coverage of the collaboration sneaker between Kanye West and Louis Vuitton, we believed we saw the entire line of sneakers from the project. Black Rainbow dismisses that by providing a preview of 5 new colorways from the collaboration. The sneaker is slated for a June 2009 release at Louis Vuitton stores, but a an official retail price is yet to be announced.

• On-Air with Ryan Seacrest

Following his attendance at the 51st Grammy Awards, Kanye West was in the studio at Los Angeles’ 102.7 KISSFM to do an interview with host Ryan Seacrest. Kanye wore a Bape varsity-style jacket, white Band of Outsiders button-down shirt, pink Casio G-shock DW6900 x Bape watch, and the black collaboration sneaker he did with Louis Vuitton.
