• Ibn Jasper and Don C Show LV Sneakers

Kanye West’s barber/style consultant, Ibn Jasper, and road manager, Don C, are almost always spotted with Kanye  out in the public. They’re always the other two guys that people can hardly identify in photos, but have the reputation of having as much sense of fashion as Kanye. This video shows Ibn and Don C lounging around Ibn’s home, just showing off their Louis Vuitton sneakers to the camera. They both appear to be like kids who just opened a gift underneath the Christmas tree as the clock struck midnight.  And trust me, every other individual would act the same way if they had a Louis Vuitton sneaker named after them–the Don’s and Jasper’s, both of which are unboxed by Don C in the video.

• Ibn Jasper’s “Jasper’s”

Ibn Jasper, Kanye West’s barber and style consultant, is in London with Kanye for a Louis Vuitton photoshoot and was caught lounging in a pair of the Louis Vuitton sneakers that were appropriately named after him, Jasper’s. The Jasper’s are the most recent sneakers he’s revealed on his blog, after showcasing his pair of the zen gray, black/pink, and net/net Nike Air Yeezy, days before each of their release dates. Being affiliated with Kanye sure has its perks.

• Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Release Date

The collaboration sneakers between Kanye West and Louis Vuitton will be released at worldwide Louis Vuitton retail stores TODAY, WEDNESDAY, July 1st. Unlike the Nike Air Yeezy release, all 3 styles, the Dons, Jasper’s, and Mr. Hudson, will be released at the same time. The least expensive price is $840 for the Mr. Hudson boat-style sneaker and the most expensive is $1,140 for the Jasper’s with the pink sole. Surely, it is pricey, but what did you honestly expect from a French luxury brand that sells handkerchiefs for several hundred dollars?

• Louis Vuitton Sneaker Product Shots

Highsnobiety recently teamed up with German photographer Daniela Muller-Brunke to take high-quality product shots of the collaboration sneaker between Kanye West and Louis Vuitton. • Kanye’s Black Outfit

While on set for the music video shoot of the Clipse’s ‘Kinda Like a Big Deal, Emeka Obi (10 Deep), was able to take this photo of Kanye West. This all black outfit from Kanye is very appropriate because he’s just killing it right now. The black Jesus piece, the Flat Top sunglasses by RETROSUPERFUTURE, and the black collaboration sneaker, Jasper’s (appropriately named after Ibn Jasper), he did with Louis Vuitton. This proves one’s outfit can significantly be comprised of a monotonic color and still fail to deter attention.
