• Turn Back Thursday: Kanye Wearing ‘UniverseCity’ Varsity Jacket

For the last Turn Back Thursday of 2010, we take you back to the summer of 2008, just months before the release of 808s & Heartbreak, where Kanye West made a guest appearance at a Young Jeezy concert. At the show, Kanye wore  the ‘UniverseCity’ varsity jacket, appropriately named after his website at the time, Kanye UniverseCity. It was never determined  if it was a collaboration jacket with an existing brand or a piece from his now-defunct clothing line Pastelle, but it was most likely a 1-of-1 custom made varsity jacket just for Kanye. The ‘UniverseCity’ varsity jacket features a purple body, white satin sleeves, a green ‘U’ on the left-side chest, and a Takashi Murakami ‘Dropout Bear’ graphic on the back. In addition to the varsity jacket, Kanye is also spotted wearing Air Jordan Aqua 8s with a pair of khaki pants and purple Louis Vuitton ‘Millionaire’ sunglasses. • Kanye’s Gym Outfit

Kanye West described his style the best from a line on T.I.’s Swagger Like Us track– swagger on a hundred thousand trillion. Even at the gym. Kanye is wearing a witness t-shirt from the Nike Witness campaign created for Lebron James, Nike shorts, and Air Jordan Aqua 8s.

• Kanye Wearing the Air Jordan Aqua 8s

It’s not too often that you are able to find pictures of a high-profile celebrity wearing an article of clothing or accessory multiple times during  various events. For a man with as much fashion sense as Kanye West, trying to imagine the aforementioned almost seems impossible to digest. However, the below photos may prove otherwise, because apparently, Kanye loves the Air Jordan Aqua 8s!

• Kanye West Playing Basketball in Hawaii

In a previous post, I had mentioned Kanye West was seen playing basketball in Hawaii with a few friends. Here is the actual video footage of them playing a game of 21. While playing ball, Kanye is wearing a blank white t-shirt, dark blue Adidas sweat pants with light blue stripes, and Air Jordan Aqua 8s.

Kanye West was spotted at an undisclosed area in Hawaii, playing a game of basketball with a few of his friends. Kanye can be seen wearing a white t-shirt (which soon comes off), blue Adidas sweat pants with baby blue stripes lined down the side, and Air Jordan Aqua 8.
