No CommentsNike has recruited a class of the most successful individuals in their field to join Kobe Bryant as part of the Nike KobeSystem campaign. Featuring the likes of Serena Williams, Richard Branson, Jerry Rice, and Tony Robbins, Kanye West joins this elite class to learn more about Kobe’s “Success for the Successful” philosophy. In the commercial, Kanye is spotted wearing an all-black formal outfit with the Nike Zoom Kobe VII “Del Sol” sneakers. This isn’t ‘Ye’s first time starring in a Nike campaign for Kobe Bryant. Last year, Kanye played the role of one of Kobe’s villains in “The Black Mamba” short film—the very film where the Nike Air Yeezy 2 sneaker was previewed. • Kanye West’s Sneakers Backstage at Watch the Throne Tour
5 CommentsFor the past month, VOYR has provided exclusive backstage footage of Kanye West and Jay-Z’s Watch the Throne tour. Before the start of the duo’s concert, VOYR even shared a video on their website that showed someone skating in a pair of the black/pink Air Yeezy 2. In episode 1 of their concert documentary, “World Leaders,” there is a scene where you can see an array of what we can only assume are Kanye’s sneakers. Even though we’ve only seen ‘Ye wearing the black/pink Air Yeezy 2s on stage during the concert, you can see in the screenshot gray Air Yeezy 2s, Timberland 6″ wheat boots, white cement Air Jordan 3s, and the Louis Vuitton Don collaboration shoes.

2 CommentsKanye West is currently overseas for London Fashion Week and was spotted at Christopher Kane’s spring/summer 2012 fashion show wearing black/red Air Jordan 1 sneakers. Sitting front row with his assistant art director Virgil Abloh, Yeezy kept his outfit simple with gold chains tucked underneath his plain white t-shirt and distressed jeans. After Kanye was nowhere to be found during last week’s New York Fashion Week, we should expect to see more of him with Milan and Paris holding their fashion week festivities following London Fashion Week. Kanye West will debut his womenswear collection at Paris Fashion Week on October 1.
