• Gucci Shaman Moccasin or Visvim Folk FBT Shaman

After Kanye West posted additional photos of his performance at Singfest 2010 on his blog, we now have a full shot of his entire outfit. Along with the neon red glow in the dark suit, Kanye had on a pair of sneakers that featured fringe details around the ankle of the shoe. Since there are no closeup shots of the shoes, it’s difficult to determine the specific brand, but based on past Kanye outfits, we’re able to narrow it down to two shoes - the Gucci Shaman Moccasin and the Visvim Folk FBT Shaman. Kanye wore the Gucci Shaman Moccasins in the “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” music video in 2007 and wore regular Visvim FBT shoes in 2008. Until there are closeup shots of the shoes, it will be difficult to come to a conclusion, but until then, which shoes do you think Kanye wore at Singfest?

• Kanye Showing a Dries Van Noten Shoe

Now that Kanye West has an official Twitter account, his followers have the opportunity to hang on to his every word no matter his location. A benefit to this is the ability for Kanye to TwitPic his surroundings so everyone has a chance to witness all his “stuntastic moments.” Whether it’s a photo of a 30-foot wide projector screen at his home or a visit to the flagship store of a luxury brand in Europe, I’m sure he has plenty of worthy photos to show to his followers. Earlier today, Kanye took a TwitPic of a Dries Van Noten shoe that he apparently wore when he visited the Rolling Stone office. The oxford-style shoe from the Belgian fashion label features a brown/tan geometric-like pattern that covers the entire upper of the shoe.

• Kanye Wearing Air Jordan 6 Infrared Sneakers

While catching a flight to Los Angeles from New York’s JFK International Airport, Kanye was recently seen wearing Air Jordan 6 Infrareds. The timing is quite appropriate seeing as how the Air Jordan 6 Infrared pack was released this past weekend on June 19th. Now, it’s difficult to determine if he has the 2000 retro Infrared or the more recent release (my gut tells me Kanye has the 2010 Infrareds), but for all those that can appreciate shoes, the Infrared Jordans, no matter if it’s a retro or OG, are a nice addition to any sneaker head’s collection.

• Kanye Wearing Air Jordan “Grape” Spizike

Following up from Kanye’s outfit at the “Stay in School” benefit  concert in Chicago this past Tuesday, photos from the aftermath of the show reveal that he was also wearing Air Jordan “Grape” Spizike sneakers.  Among its design features include the infamous cement print, custom lacelocks, a number 23 hit on the heel, a perforated upper, and a grape sole. The grape Spizikes were released back in late March of this year and had a retail price of $175. Although many sneaker heads have a love/hate relationship when it comes to Jordan Spizikes, it appears to be Kanye’s sneaker of choice since his return to the public eye. He wore the black/cement/red Spizikes just a few weeks back.

• A Fraction of Kanye West’s Sneaker Collection

With the news that Kanye West’s Los Angeles home is up for sale, more photos of several of the rooms inside his 4,000+ square foot abode are being made available to the public. One such photo I recently discovered (although from 2007) displays a closeup shot of a mere fraction of Kanye’s sneaker collection. In fact, this may possibly be the same shoe rack from when Kanye was featured in Harper’s Bazaar. Judging from the photo, there’s several low top Converse Chuck Taylors, an Air Jordan 3 and two Air Jordan Spizikes, a Nike Air Max 1 Safari, and Vans skate shoes.

• Kanye Wearing Lanvin Lace-up Boots

After several weeks since we’ve last seen Kanye West in Los Angeles during the recording of the “We Are the World: 25 for Haiti” benefit song, he was recently spotted in New York leaving the Black Eyed Peas concert. Although it’s definitely been a long wait, the outfit did not disappoint. Kanye came correct with classic, high-end pieces, wearing a black Louis Vuitton beanie, a black trench coat, and black Lanvin Lace-up boots. This actually isn’t the first time Kanye has worn these boots, as he was also spotted wearing them during Paris Fashion Week late last month.The Lanvin boots are constructed of a leather material and are part of the French luxury brand’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection.
