Kanye West’s record label G.O.O.D. Music boasts the tagline, “The Best Dressed Record Label,” so it’s a must that every artist must come fashionably correct. From the luxury backpacks, Jesus pieces, and sneakers, they essentially have style down to a science. With the recent release of the Kanye West and Louis Vuitton collaboration sneaker, it’s only proper for the G.O.O.D. artists to support both mega brands. Here’s up-and-coming artist, Kid Cudi rocking a pair of the Louis Vuitton Don’s with Don C, who ironically enough is the reason for the name of the sneaker, brushing the Don’s in approval.

As louis vuitton mark prices 10x the cost price for handbags. for belts its 7x and for shoes its 6x the price of production. So it costs louis about 150-200 $ to make them and plz dont question me trust me i know. also why are so many people crying over the price i swear if you cant afford them then just appreciate them or save up if you really want them. Also fakes just ruin the game they are made for people who are trying to be something they are not.And louis tested the bst fakes they could find aginst autentics and the authentic louis are 12 times as strong and durable. So for the guy wo said fakes are 50-100 u will have 12 pairs of fks fo 1 pair o loui tt cost about 200-500 less than your cost hahaha. Also just be happy with what u can afford and there are sik shoes that are cheap out there. However i am a critic as i have 13 pairs of dons/jaspers in all col’s and some such as the white ones 2 pairs as i want one just incase they get damaged or dirty. hahahaha

on October 28th, 2010really? gold for the shoelace holes? that’s that’s unbelievable. but i do agree that it would cost a lot to make the shoes. keep in mind the shoes aren’t made in china or something. most things made here tend to be more expensive, but they have to be good quality for louis vuitton to endorse it.

on January 24th, 2011@ Chris, the shoes actually cost that much to make. In an interview with ibn jasper, just the straps and real gold lining on the jaspers cost 400 to make alone. With the premium leather about another 400 because the leather used is actually from italy. That’s the reason why the shoes cost 800 to make.
