Detailed Pictures of the Nike Air Yeezy

Thanks to Don C and Ibn Jasper, Kanye West’s road manager and style consultant/barber, respectively, we now have a better look of the details on the Nike Air Yeezy.

the first couple pairs that kanye wore are waaaaaay better than the ones being released. this shoe had so much potential and somehow either nike/kanye managed to f*ck them up.

i doubt thats a special box design. i think all boxes of ‘nike sportswear’ look that way. i have one of those…

To chrb: i understand what you’re saying because I have the am90 infrared packaged in a regular brown “nike sportswear” box, BUT if you look closer, you’ll notice that the box has really FAINT designs on it. AND if you look EVEN closer, you’ll see that one of those faint designs reads “Kanye” and then “West” underneath it. the “regular” “nike sportswear” boxes are just plain brown, no designs. Hope this clears it up = )

the very first model that were made (blue/orange) that he wore during the glow in the dark tour were sick. he then had all black ones which were really nice as well. then he wore the tan ones. All of those shoes got everybodyincluding myself hyped. I was expecting the same shoes. But now, these have the “Y”’s all over the strap and toe, lining w/ flourescent colors, and the colors chosen are just weak. again…the first sightings of the OG Yeezy shoe are 20 times better than the ones releasing to the public.

so its me once again ^^ i checked my box again and i am sorry but the logo isnt a kanye special. mine has it too.
it says “athletics west” like on this jacket:

Christian (CHRB)–You’re correct!! Very good eye, my dude! It’s funny because I just bought the Nike Toki Lux this past Saturday night at the Nike Sportswear store in Hollywood and I got the box with the faint designs on it, and yes, it does say ATHLETICS WEST. hahah, I’m gonna correct the title and give you props. Thanks again! If I need contributing writers for the blog in the future, I’ll definitely consider you as one!

I seriously don’t think Kanye West or his crew have a good taste for clothing. They always mismatch everything, their clothes are very expensive but they make them look like they were bought at the Salvation Army. Ugh!!!
